Casa de la Suerte is just steps to the beach on a private street and has direct beach access to the beautiful Las Conchas community. Even though it is a 2nd row home, it has awesome ocean views and amazing sunsets from the upper deck and covered terrace. A guest favorite, with a beautifully decorated and clean interior. The spacious master bedroom has an ocean view, queen bed, and private full bathroom. The second bedroom sleeps up to 4; has a twin over full bunk bed and a twin bed, full bathroom with bathtub. The living room is an open floor plan with a queen sleeper sofa and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, microwave, and toaster. 5 Gallon drinking water provided, laundry room, gated property and parking, WiFi, DVD player, DirectTV in the living room which is also connected to the television in the master bedroom, central a/c with heat, sheets, and towels provided. Well behaved pets allowed – 2 maximum. House-broken pets are accepted with a security deposit, but the pet should sleep in their pet bed and never be left alone in the house unless it is in their pet cage because pets react differently in strange houses to them. No smoking inside and no parties or events allowed.

The normal minimum stay is 2 nights, except on holidays, in this case, the minimum stay is 3 nights.

SPECIAL MEASURES.

1.- Disinfection before and after each use of the property.
2.- Minimum contact with the guest.
3.- Available 24 hours a day, for maintenance emergencies.
