Dream by the Sea is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom 2nd row home in one of the last sections in Las Conchas where the beach is sandier, sleeping accommodations for 12 people and a maximum of 16 people with an additional charge(please inquiry) amazing ocean views from this house featuring an extended patio with furniture, Charcoal BBQ (Bring own or buy here), and a three-car garage.

Two master bedrooms with ocean views, king-size beds, a fireplace, and a full bathroom with double sinks vanity. Bedroom #3 has 2 sets of bunk beds with a single over the full and private full bathroom, bedroom #4 has a queen bed with a full bathroom. WiFi, Living room area with satellite Tv, Roku TV, 2 mini splits, dining table with seating for 6 and additional seating at the kitchen bar for 3 extra persons, full kitchen including dishwasher, double sink, blender, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and all basic cooking utensils. House-broken pets are accepted with a security deposit, but the pet should sleep in their pet bed and never be left alone in the house unless it is in their pet cage because pets react differently in strange houses to them.

The normal minimum stay is 2 nights, except on holidays, in this case, the minimum stay is 3 nights.
